Are there any specific actions needed to divorce a spouse who is incarcerated in Virginia and does the court appoint a Guardian Ad Litem for them?

[Edit]

Answer

A GAL is only appointed by the court for minors or persons who have been deemed legally incompetent.

The process of divorcing a prisoner is the same as it would be if the person was not incarcerated.
