Can biological siblings get married if one was adopted and has a different surname on their birth certificate?

[Edit]

Marrying an Adopted Sibling

It is against the law in any state to marry a blood sibling.

Even though the birth certificate states a different name, you know better. If it is found out, you could face the penalty.

If you are of child bearing age, this is especially dangerous. If you have children they have a very good chance of being handicapped in some way.
