Describing a Decision Made in the Absence of the Boss

Here are some (fairly weak) suggestions:

  • I have organizational skill and before I knew what type of task I will face. I managed customer service department,I proved as much as I can do, provided better services to our productive clients also some administrative work, daily sales meeting in which we focused our competitors in the market, some new promotion activities for in future. Nodoubt it was really very busy day.

  • I discussed my team members and made some dicision on sales promotion items, daily sales meeting and finalized our new sales strategy in the market. In this regard, I had to contact with my distributors also some other clients.

  • Being in a position like this or in supervisory level, we should be present and be accountable with the decision that we have made. The important decision I had made was when my boss was out of country that I have to decide if I have to accept the product sampling that was offered at our store "CVC SUPERMARKET & SM HYPERMARKET" so... I have to do something's like taste test and some opinion checking and it really help me a lot. Sometimes we have to be wise and always check & know the advantages & disadvantages of our decision. Decisions making is not easy especially when you have to do it by yourself without the help or opinion of others. But I think to be able to do this is to think 10 times and ask 6 persons opinion and compare it to your own decision to be able to come up with the good result.
