How do you get a divorce from an illegal immigrant and is the marriage even legal? |
[Edit] |
Answer
The marriage can be legal and fully in effect if it was legally perfomed by duly authorized person (priests, justice of the peace, etc.) and registered.
It has nothing to do with the person's immigration status inthe USA.
