(1) delete all the files - locate them by searching for all picture files (.jpg .bmp .gif)
(2) download Adaware SE (free) and use it to clear all negligible objects from the syste,
(3) download fresh UI (free from fresh devices) and use it to empty the caches from your internet folders
(4) id also recommend deleting the log on space you use if you have one
Answer
Get Linux (some sort of livecd would be the easiest [Knoppix, Phlak]) and use fdisk to fully reformat the hard drive several times, each time using a different format (Ext3, FAT32, NTFS, etc.) After you have done this 3-4 times, reinstall windows once again using NTFS. After the drive has been utterly reformated and wiped 3+ times, it is very, very, very difficult to recover anything from it. If you don't think they are going to be using erased file recovery tools to view your computer's files, a simple reinstall of Windows with a "quick format" of the partition is perfectly sufficient.
