What is the difference between an emmet and a grockle?

They are very closely related species.

A lot of cases of interbreeding have been recorded,

mainly in seaside towns or occasionally on the beach if enough

Relaxant liquid has been consumed.

They seem to visit an area for only short periods of time.

Normally for a maximum of two weeks at a time

It seems that a lot of them actually own very slow moving tin boxes on wheels called caravans.

Or classic VW campers.

Emmets

Emmets start to appear in Cornwall around Easter and tend to hang around in various forms until the end of September.
Although since the opening of the Eden Project, hardier forms of Emmets can be found in Cornwall during the winter.
Emmets tend to flock together in extremely large groups, causing countless traffic jams on the roads, especially if they get lost.
In peak season they tend to group on the beaches and frequent places called Hotels and Holiday camps.

How to recognise an Emmet.

Drinks copious amounts of Falling Down liquid

The female of the species tends to dress in clothes two sizes too small. and bikini's that would look small on Kate Moss.

While the male of the species tends to take to the water on six foot bits of fibreglass, and see who can be the first to be knocked off by a wave, also has a fetish for dressing in tight neoprene, and calling everybody 'Dude'.

Likes extremely loud repetitive music and bright lights

This species can be found worldwide under the name of tourist.

The difference between an emmet and a grockle is that "grockle" is more likely to get a laugh when you say it.
